Meet the Team
Nick Kliossis, Managing Partner
Nick’s interest in building was apparent from a young age by his fascination with legos and tree houses. Growing up, he has witnessed the development of the Charleston area into what it has become today and feels fortunate to be able to complement the lowcountry landscape one quality project at a time.
Nick graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Construction Science and a minor in Business Administration. Upon graduating, he pursued a career in residential construction working as a project manager with an established custom home builder. Complementing his schooling with real world experience, Nick quickly embraced the elements of home building and started Holy City Construction in 2014. His attention to detail, organized business mind, and desire to exceed his customers’ expectations make him a natural business owner.
Grant Story, Partner
Raised on his family’s horse farm in Charleston, Grant was naturally drawn to construction, as his roles on the farm varied from plumber to carpenter, and everything in between. He was also raised amongst a family of builders, and he is proud to continue a family tradition of quality construction in the Lowcountry.
Grant graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Construction Science and Management. After graduation, he developed his career working on large scale commercial projects in various sectors; including aviation, healthcare, industrial, automotive, and education. With years of experience working on complex sites and high end finishes, Grant quickly adapted to the world of custom home building.
